100 Ways to Deal with Abandonment
After struggling with failed relationships, a woman questions her history and experiences and seeks to go on a path of self-discovery and healing from trauma. Looking at her family’s history she begins to find the connections between her past and present life. Learning about what happened that contributed to the failed relationships she keeps experiencing.
It is a book of self-discovery, to move from that place of abandonment to a place of self-love and personal healing. It was written for people who are struggling with healthy relationships.
Letting go of old traumas is made possible and replacing it with love, faith, and kindness. Stories and experiences written are easily identified for the reader to connect with. Teachings from our elders are intertwined within the book to not only educate but inspire readers. It is a book filled with stories that connect your history to how you react and deal with things today. The reader will start to recognize patterns in their lives and be able to see which are negative and which are positive. If they choose to, there are steps on how to move forward on their healing path. The book strives to encourage people to let of their trauma and move into a place of inner peace, self-love, and self-acceptance.
100 Ways to deal with Abandonment starts off with self-care and putting a support system into place for yourself, it moves on to awareness of things such as the definition of Abandonment, Fears/Blocks and Effects of Trauma. We move on to processing our traumas. It is not only a personal story but a guide for those who are seeking healing.
